What creatine
monohydrate is.
Creatine is a compound produced naturally in the body and also obtained from foods such as meat and fish. It is stored mainly in skeletal muscle, where it plays a role in the body's short-term energy system.
Creatine monohydrate is the most extensively studied form of supplemental creatine and the form used in the majority of published research. It is a single, well-characterised compound — which is exactly why it suits a first product built around transparency. There is very little to explain, and nothing to hide.
Our product contains creatine monohydrate and nothing else: no flavourings, no fillers, no proprietary blend.

Unflavoured by design
Unflavoured means no sweeteners, colours or flavourings are added. It mixes into water, juice or a shake, and leaves the ingredient list as short as it can be.
Packaging
Working specification: a premium recyclable HDPE tub with a black lid, tamper-evident induction seal and an included 5 g scoop. Final packaging is subject to confirmation.
Usage guidance, nutritional information and any product claims will be published in their final approved form at launch, following compliance review. We will not publish dosing or benefit statements ahead of that review.

No purity figures
We have not published a purity percentage. Any figure would need to come from a confirmed manufacturing specification and supporting analysis for a real batch.
No branded raw material claimed
Our creatine source is still being evaluated. Until it is confirmed and contractually authorised, we make no branded raw-material claim of any kind.
No laboratory results
No batch has been manufactured, so no testing has taken place. Test documentation will be published when it exists — under the product it relates to.
